Our loan modification process is attorney-driven. Utilizing an attorney, we are able to pursue aggressive legal methods on your behalf. When necessary, a subpoena is used to obtain the original loan documents. For the majority of our clients we have been able to uncover evidence of predatory lending practices in borrower's loan documents. This enables the attorney to gain additional legal leverage on behalf of the borrower.
Our goal is simple: To keep people in their homes by substantially lowering interest rates and/or balances on their loans.
